• Responsible for a full cycle from recruitment, orientation to resignation.
• Calculating salary and attendance every month.
• Declaring employee's income from salaries and wages.
• Handling with working permit and ARC for foreign employees.
• Planning event to cultivate employees’ relations.
• Building policies and procedures are in line with organization needs.
• Responsible for all process after clients place an order.
• In charge of the import and export business which including papers, management and packing.
• Tracking and updating the schedule from the factory to the customer.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and vendors.
• Responsible for all the administrative and executive functions.
• Responsible for selling merchandise and conducting daily task training to new hires.
• Handling all the sales service include after-sales service and inventory management.
• Management daily and monthly revenue report.
• Over achieve 100% sales revenue in 2013-2014.
