2. Provide technical support to customers and teach customers to use the product.
3. Handle customer complaint, and reply 8D report to customer in time.
4. Regularly audit product improvement case by customer complaint and return the results to the supervisor.
1. Handle product line issue.
2. Design experiment to fit the best parameter in new product.
3. Monitor product yield, and arrange data to discuss with supervisor for promote product yield.
4. Introduce the principle of the station process when the customer visits process line.
