518 Bearworks is one of the popular job bank service in Taiwan. We devote to help job seekers fully display their value and to assist companies in hiring the right talent efficiently.
Lead APP product design. During these time I mainly focused on the rebranding process, we restyled the product, reorganizing its architecture. As for the features, we optimized resume editing experience and built an innovative feature " Fastball" for job seekers, especially for service industrial workers.
Introduced Miro to the team, improving the collaboration with cross-functional teams. Initiated brand's instagram account, implemented a successful strategy to grow followers with content editor.

Assisted redesigning entire Job Search APP. My focus areas covered instant messaging, Ads guideline, account center, sign up/in process and resume preview.
Designed Hiring APP based on the data and user survey. The goal was to help SMEs in service industry hiring talents more efficiently and to replace the old interface with latest trends of UI design.
Initiated APP design guideline and design library.
