• Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of an automotive implementation project

throughout all phases of the TrueCommerce implementation process from sales

handoff to “go live”

• Remaining firm with customers when necessary and not being timid about delivering

unfavorable news or holding the client accountable for their deliverables.

- Building the new team which is specified in onboarding for Automotive industry.

- Setting the Goals and KPI for the team. 

-Handling all the escalations from the customers.
