'-  Maximize traffic and conversions: Get ready to dive into the world of digital marketing! You'll be responsible for leveraging core channels like Paid Search, SEO, Email Marketing, Retargeting, and social media to drive traffic and maximize conversions. Your expertise will help us optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and continuously improve performance.

'-  Monthly sales promotion:  Let your creativity shine as you collaborate with our sales team to create engaging marketing themes for our monthly sales promotions. You'll work closely with designers and copywriters to craft compelling messages that align with our sales objectives.

'-  Digital marketing calendar management: We believe in staying organized! You'll manage our digital marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned and executed. Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with our sales goals.

'-  Budget management: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing our marketing budget. You'll propose budget allocations, monitor spending, and optimize resources to achieve our predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

'-  Analytical reporting: Crunching numbers is your thing! You'll develop insightful reports to track and measure the performance of our digital marketing campaigns. These reports will guide us in making data-driven decisions, improving our strategies, and enhancing campaign effectiveness.

'-  Digital asset creation and optimization: Join forces with our Senior Brand Manager and other teams to create captivating digital assets that drive revenue. You'll also be involved in optimizing landing destinations through ongoing testing to improve user experience and boost conversion rates. 

Digital Consumer Engagement Executive (Digital and Social Media)

– Support operation to ensure smooth execution, including liaising with different BU visuals & offers, approval from a functional team.  Maintains effective communication by providing direction and advice to all internal and external agencies (e.g., media agencies)

'- Lead and manage the creative officer & unload administrative work + support all new initiatives related to communication & market drive, including monthly thematic drive, FB Live stream, anniversary redemption and shooting, etc.

'- Assist & manage the development of I&R pipelines (product & service), including eShop coming planning. 

'- Set Clear KPIs for the channels & consistently measure & monitor progress.  And provide a monthly report for performance review, including NNS & suggestions on portfolio management.

Collaborate with brand & sales/CCSD teams in the development of consumer/shopper portraits, generate the key insights in line with brand purposes to drive category growth.

Lead and develop subordinate / project team members.
