蘇弈綺的自傳
          我是弈綺，血型A型，MBTI是INFP型人。出生至今都住在新北市中和區，家中成員為母親，另有二個年長我許多皆已成家的姊姊。我畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學廣播電視學系，從事過「數位學習企劃與行銷」、「專案管理PM」、「課程講師」、「多媒體製作」、「網站/資料庫維護」等類型的工作，至今已有近17年的工作年資。工作之餘固定安排有氧、壁球、瑜珈、騎車等運動，喜歡樂高、閱讀、多媒體工具新知及造訪名勝古蹟。
          過去的工作經歷中，多與數位及多媒體有關。除了因所學本科是廣電系外，我對多媒體和數位工具的使用也很有興趣與天分。例如三年多的多媒體教材製作中，為使製作的教材種類更加豐富，觸類旁通的拓展到互動式教材、2D動畫、網頁製作等領域；在經營線上課程期間，為求了解課程的行銷推廣成果，自行進修SEO、GA等數位行銷網站工具。能夠隨著業務所需而學習新知和工具，會讓我在工作上感到更快樂也更有成就感。
          而在學校工作的三年多期間，我也習得公部門工作所必備的行政流程和規範。這使我日後在執行企劃和文書工作時，得以更熟悉流程、準備得更週全。面對專案管理的工作時，能更有耐心追蹤進度，並預先保留妥善的預備計畫以隨時應變。
          因所在的行業領域，我長期關注臺灣教育的發展趨勢。面對資訊更迭頻繁，受眾注意力越來越短的世代，善用數位工具、協助簡化原先繁瑣的工作進程，能夠有更多的精力發想精緻、有區別性的內容。無論是多媒體製作、專案的執行、或是教育現場，都要以「人」為出發點了解需求、發想創意，相信這也會是顧及社會中各種年齡層，得以永續經營發展的好方向。我會朝著這個目標，持續督促自己多元吸收更多技能，希望能以所學，對社會有所貢獻。

My name is Yi-Chi Su, blood type A, and my MBTI type is INFP. I have lived in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, since birth. My family consists of my mother and two older sisters, both of whom are married. I graduated from the Department of Radio and Television at National Taiwan University of Arts. Throughout my career, which spans nearly 17 years, I have worked in various roles including "Digital Learning Program Planning and Marketing," "Project Management (PM)," "Course Instructor," "Multimedia Production," and "Website/Database Maintenance." Apart from work, I regularly engage in aerobic exercise, racquetball, yoga, cycling, and enjoy hobbies such as LEGO, reading, staying updated on multimedia tools, and visiting famous historical sites.

Most of my past work experiences have revolved around digital and multimedia fields. Apart from my academic background in Radio and Television, I have a keen interest and talent in using multimedia and digital tools. For example, during my three-plus years of multimedia teaching material production, to diversify the types of materials produced, I expanded my skills into interactive teaching materials, 2D animation, and web design. While managing online courses, to understand the marketing results better, I self-studied SEO, GA, and other digital marketing website tools. Being able to learn new knowledge and tools as required by the business makes me happier and more fulfilled in my work.

During my three-plus years of working in academia, I also learned the necessary administrative procedures and regulations required in the public sector. This has allowed me to become more familiar with processes and better prepared when executing planning and clerical tasks. When faced with project management tasks, I am patient in tracking progress and always have contingency plans in place.

Due to my industry focus, I have long been concerned about the development trends of education in Taiwan. Faced with rapidly changing information and an audience with increasingly shorter attention spans, utilizing digital tools to simplify cumbersome work processes can free up more energy for generating refined and distinctive content. Whether it's multimedia production, project execution, or the education field, understanding needs and generating creative ideas from a human-centered perspective is crucial. I believe this approach will contribute to sustainable development across various age groups in society. I will continue to diversify my skills in pursuit of this goal and hope to contribute to society with the knowledge I have acquired.
