研究經驗  | 工作流程優化、流程改善及整合、降低人為疏失風險

① 通過科技部計畫「高警訊用藥作業人因分析與改善工具之開發與應用」，與臺北市立聯合醫院合作，進行藥局作業流程優化專案；流程效率提升逾20%。 。 

②利用錄影分解動作和馬錶測時，精確測量調配藥物所需時間，同時優化標準作業程序、改善撿藥動線和易混淆藥物的擺放位置，並且建立防呆機制以提高藥物辨識度。 

③重新設計藥局作業流程，提升效率，降低人為疏失風險，從中習得如何將理論和方法應用於實際問題解決。

自傳

「只有忍受別人無法忍受的痛苦，才能成為與眾不同的人。」這句話不僅代表自己在面對挫折時，保持積極樂觀的信念和價值觀，同時也激勵自己在工作和生活中不斷接受挑戰及壓力，成為一個更好的自己。 


我是俞奕任，畢業於臺北科技大學工業工程與管理所，研究專注在工業工程手法改善及醫療人因工程應用，善於團隊合作和溝通協調，具有強烈的好奇心和追根究柢的精神，樂於學習及不斷追求自我成長，經常帶著問題尋找答案，透過問題分析及解決問題的過程，持續累積系統性思考和表達能力。專業領域涵蓋工業工程、人因工程、生產管理、品質管理、統計學、設施規劃和作業研究。 


研究經驗  | 工作流程優化、流程改善及整合、降低人為疏失風險

① 通過科技部計畫「高警訊用藥作業人因分析與改善工具之開發與應用」，與臺北市立聯合醫院合作，進行藥局作業流程優化專案；流程效率提升逾20%。 。 

②利用錄影分解動作和馬錶測時，精確測量調配藥物所需時間，同時優化標準作業程序、改善撿藥動線和易混淆藥物的擺放位置，並且建立防呆機制以提高藥物辨識度。 

③重新設計藥局作業流程，提升效率，降低人為疏失風險，從中習得如何將理論和方法應用於實際問題解決。

①積極學習質化及量化分析工具，培養數據洞察力，並通過投稿至人因工程學會論文。 

②專注於培養實驗設計、資料收集、問題辨識和分析解決等研究技能，同時不斷學習及驗證流程優化的方法。

①擔任大學班代表，領導班級事務，追求順暢的班務流程，同時積極參與羽球社和極限運動社培養興趣。 

②擔任研究所活動幹部，策畫並統籌逾100+人的重要活動，包括新生迎新晚宴、畢業生送舊晚會、謝師宴等，以確保活動順利達成預期成效。 

③從中習得有效的組織成員溝通、協調和管理，並培養良好的人際關係技巧。 

工作經驗 | 專案策劃及供應商開發、培養跨部門溝通協調力、推動專案進度與成果

①任職期間，進行員工績效改善專案，分析10+場用戶訪談及1000+份調查問卷，藉此提升員工的工作動機。 

②擔任部門及專案承包商溝通橋樑，管理10+位成員，工作包括專案規劃、甘特圖制定項目時程、預算編制、成本與品質控管及驗收報告撰寫，並克服壓力，制定優先計劃，完成兩個經費超過100+萬的專案。 

③從中習得良好的溝通協調能力、時間管理技巧、並建立有效的溝通協調機制和評估供應商執行率之ＫＰＩ。
