Without procrastination, I am always active in executing tasks of the English field, including teaching, editing and translating. When it comes to my work ethic, I believe punctuality and responsibility are two of the most important things. Other than that, profession is one thing I care the most, that's the reason why I never stop improving my language ability by putting a lot of work into doing different kinds of jobs that are related to English.

Observant

With actual experiences and well observant skill, I am easy in learning new things and getting in hands  quick in a new environment.

Responsible

I am in full responsibility with the work or task I am given. Also, I consider teamwork as the most important thing in a work place. 

Outgoing

I am never a shy person in a unfamiliar zone and always welcome unknown challenges that I will be facing with.

        My dad named me with a single word "Yun", which stands for sun and warm in Chinese language. He wished that I could be a caring person to light up people when I grow up. Now, as I am already a grown-up, I consider myself outgoing, thoughtful and observant. I am taught with the philosophy to work hard from my Hakka mother, and the generous personality deeply rooted in me by my Hakka father. And I have a 2-year-elder sister who is my best partner during my childhood. There are always helping opinions and voices I could learn from her. My lifestyle is filled with writing, exploring cultures and pursuing accomplishments. From writing, I could get a second chance to digest the thought that is lingering in my mind or the beautiful experiences that I wish not to forget. I consider it the best way to sort out my memories and help me build a more structural logic. From exploring cultures, I could learn to see things in a multiple way without judging in only a few aspects.

      This helps me better my communicating skill when it comes to people, because I know how to listen and step into others' shoes so that we could avoid misunderstanding or even have a better cooperation. The third important nutrition that I am really in need in my life is the pursue of accomplishment. I am a challenge-acceptable person, in the meantime a person who loves to be challenged. To me, life is full of hard tasks and difficult decisions all the time. Somehow, figuring out which one is a better choice to make is an interesting process. I am never annoyed by the hard time in my life but feel serious and positive while dealing with any of them.

      English ability and the experience of being a leader are two friendly tools that I always keep with me. As for the English ability, it greatly helps me with my 5-year experience in tutoring English. I have a valuable time spending with elementary school, junior high school and grown-up students, by which I dedicate my advantage of English ability to. What's more meaningful, from the teaching process, I got the skill of collecting weakness, which gives me a big help while working with a team or supervising any event I have ever hold. Other than that, building knowledge in a systematic way is also a precious gift I get from my job experiences. As long as we could build ideas in a more systematic way, it is usually easier for people to understand, not to mention to make a work place more effective.

     After I tutored and cooperated with so many people during my learning process in work place and school, I have a firm idea that I am really born to give something that I have to the industry of education. More importantly, I found myself enthusiastic while being a part of education. I have a great confidence that I am not afraid of facing frustrations in this field that are full of students, kids and parents. So, it would be a great honor if I could ever devote to dedicate myself for the education field.
