Personal Summary

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Tamkang University. I am proficient in reading, writing, and analysis skills. I am proactive and dedicated to achieving results. I am driven by a desire to solve problems, and have demonstrated the ability to learn new skills, be well organised, effectively manage my time, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. I've developed a strong interest in people engagement and would like to continue developing my customer service abilities. I will exert myself to complete the task successfully. With a modest and inquiring mentality, I'm delighted to bring my enthusiasm to work and learn from the seniors. In the future, I aspire to flourish with your company!

Personal Background

My name is Lena Lin, and I am originally from New Taipei City. English has always been my strongest subject since I was a youngster. That's because I attended a bilingual kindergarten and advanced English classes in middle and high school. Because of my constant exposure to Western culture, I developed a more liberal mindset and a greater tolerance for new experiences. However, this does not imply that I do things haphazardly. I found a balance between the reserved Easterners and the proactive Westerners thanks to my Eastern family background and the Western education system I'm receiving.

The characteristics I have as a Westerner is that I respect people who hold opposing views to mine. I respect different values because everyone grew up with different backgrounds. I also admire confident people who don't shy away from seizing opportunities by projecting themselves in front of everyone. It has a lot of charisma in my opinion.

In terms of Eastern characteristics, I am obedient. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and because I'm still learning, I'm willing to try and learn from other people's methods. I'm also a responsible individual. As long as it's my responsibility, I'll do it right instead of winging it.

I'm the type of person who is constantly involved in club activities. I've been going to dance clubs since I was in high school. Throughout middle and high school, I also led the entire class in cheerleading competitions. Through these experiences, I learned how to communicate effectively and how to be a leader. I don't usually volunteer to be the leader. However, if no one else is willing to take the job, I will. It is critical to understand how to communicate effectively and to help the team gel.

I had previously held the position of event general coordinator. Every week, I had to meet with the coordinator of another school. For me, venue scouting, contact with manufacturers, and acting as a bridge between schools are invaluable experiences.
