Our Engineering and Product teams are the heartbeat of AIFIAN, driving innovation through synergistic collaboration. Dedicated to crafting and refining efficient software systems, we're committed to enhancing our workflows to expedite the delivery of new features. In this pivotal growth stage, we’re inviting engineering talents to join us in scaling our product across borders.

Our tech stack includes AWS, React Native, Node.js, RPC, Redis, MySQL, Terraform, and GitHub.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and technical decisions for React Native mobile applications.
• Act as an expert in mobile development, driving best practices in mobile architecture, coding standards, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders, voicing your insights and suggestions to help shape the product and technical roadmaps.
• Be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of key system components, actively contributing to the optimization and performance of the wider ecosystem.
• Help elevate engineering standards, tooling, and processes through active participation and innovation, aiding in the platform's continuous improvement.
• Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence, contributing to the team’s journey towards achieving collective and individual growth.

What We Look For

• A minimum of 5 years in software development, with a strong portfolio in mobile application development.
• Extensive knowledge in mobile development and the application lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, along with an understanding of React Native principles.
• Familiar with writing automated tests and UI tests
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and making applications work intuitively.
• Familiarity with mobile development tools and frameworks, including debugging and performance tuning tools.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture—and the ability to choose the best solution for the app

Good To Have

• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for mobile applications.
