We are looking for a specialist with an expertise in account management to join our Partner Success team.

We build an AIoT retail system with an exclusive shopping experience. With our technologies, much of the purchase, checkout, and payment steps associated with a retail transaction are completely automated. In the meantime, we focus on providing the right goods to the right people based on the behavioral data collected by our innovative system. Our vision is to provide the world's most pleasant shopping experience.

｜ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ｜

• 代表自由食間第一線窗口接觸潛在餐飲與物業夥伴，包含電訪、e-mail聯繫及會議等
• 建立與合作夥伴間的良好關係並定期洽談相關活動
• 提供深度的合作夥伴回饋，協助規劃行銷推廣活動以幫助夥伴成長
• 了解合作夥伴需求並與各部門協力優化系統與流程
• 參與跨部門專案並協助部門間業務支援

｜ WE ARE LOOKING FOR ｜

必備條件：

• 2年或以上 account management 客戶關係管理相關經驗
• 善於對內及對外夥伴間的溝通與協調
• 擁有同時處理N個account的管理能力
• 對新創產業、OMO新零售有強烈興趣
• 渴望在高速的環境下與聰明的夥伴一起努力
• 喜歡持續學習進步並能夠獨立思考解決問題

加分條件：

• 具備外送或餐飲服務平台客戶關係管理或業務開發相關經驗
• 具備大樓或社區服務客戶關係管理或業務開發相關經驗
• 具備陌生開發經驗
