We are looking for a highly motivated MBA student to join our team as a Business Excellence Intern for a two-month period. The successful candidate will be instrumental in integrating commercial data and conducting KPI tracking and analytics to support our sales teams' efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, proficiency in analytical tools, and fluency in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Data Integration: Collaborate with teams to consolidate and integrate commercial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
• KPI Tracking & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales force effectiveness. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
  

Need to have: 

• Bachelor's students (MBA is preferred) 
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Has a passion for data analytics and its application in enhancing sales force effectiveness.
