我們是巧克科技新媒體，負責LINE TV營運，目前我們在尋找付費用戶營運主管，在團隊中您將擔任的角色是：
☞ 負責VIP會員的成長目標，包含用戶增長、轉換、留存等營運規劃
☞ 規劃年度策略及預算編列
☞ 開發集團內、外資源，整合會員權益
☞ 數據整理分析、找出問題提出解決方法
☞ 負責VIP部門各項營運績效，定期與總部(LINE)報告
Requisitos
☞ 具付費會員營運經驗，互聯網產業尤佳
☞ 具有邏輯組織能力，能清楚表達策略脈絡
☞ 具有商務開發與洽談能力與實務經驗
☞ 具備基本的成本觀念，能規劃成效分析(ROI)
