WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll join our Taipei office and be part of the consultant community of McKinsey Digital in Asia - working across 12 locations in the region. This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.You’ll also work with colleagues from across our firm to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

We combine unparalleled business knowledge with a world class agile development process to offer distinctive support for enterprise IT enablement. Our highly skilled system architects and development managers configure software packages and build custom applications, creating the foundation for rapid and cost effective implementation of systems that maximize value from day one.

​Our development teams are small, flexible and employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our consultants with the solutions they need. We combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional enterprise software products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be a core member of our consulting team with responsibilities that range from nurturing agility in our teams to shaping our broader transformation at an organizational level.In this role, you will be working across products and services for various functional and business domains. You will have the opportunity to work with clients, which range from Fortune 500 companies to digital native startups. You will transform the way they work and increase their organizational agility for innovation. You will train client teams in the agile framework and a new way of working.You will also have the opportunity to coach the leaders and teams on a variety of agile related topics including product management, design thinking, lean, engineering culture, and DevOps. ​Lastly, you'll be working with the product and service teams as a “do-er”.

职务需求

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent subject
  • 7+ years of working experience in Agile methodologies
  • 7+ years of working experience as an Agile coach in fast moving tech environments
  • Deep understanding of Agile values and principles
  • Strong experience on driving agile transformations from design to implementation
  • Working experience on training individuals and teams in product management, design thinking, lean, and Agile
  • Working knowledge and experience with several Agile methodologies: SCRUM, XP, Kanban, SAFe and fluid
  • Working knowledge of best practices in user-centered design like user research, hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, usability testing
  • Strong working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
