此職位是 HR 流程管理及制度的整合者，需具備 HCM 系統運用技能及 HR 人力資源管理經驗，致力於標準化及優化人力資源運營流程。此外，能有效利用 HCM 系統及應用其他數位技術來推動卓越營運，在 HR 管理流程各項目中，建立數位人資制度及機制整合。
以全球性 HCM 系統為出發點，規劃全球人力資源戰略 (包含全球標準化和地方靈活性的平衡)。該角色將需要通過與公司/各區域 HRBP 和其他流程中相關職能部門密切合作，扮演優秀之 Coordinator 來確保在快速變化的業務環境中持續且敏捷地對流程進行改進。
