Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, partners to define market requirements and product strategy.
- Translate market requirements into product requirements (BRD, MRD, PRDs).
- Product roadmap planning with milestones down to the detail (WBS).
- Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver quality products on time.
- Use case and user-behavior Analysis and flowcharts draw.
- Plan go-to-market strategy together with the Business team.
- Regularly product KPI tracking and analysis.
- Customer engagement with the sales team.

Requirements and skills:
- Experienced product manager, with a proven background in SaaS products (4+ years).
- Customer obsessed! Interviewing customers and partnering with them to inform the product discovery process.
- Passionate about creating and building new products.
- Good understanding of product-related processes, who can help define and fine-tune product lifecycle processes as the company grows.
- Strong user experience and usability skills and the ability to craft user journeys.
- Good understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
- Fluent in English.
