We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for managing our e-commerce store build and Shopify integration projects. As one of the key members in our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Shopify solution projects. The ideal candidate will have an experienced technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between clients and our development team.

• 專案規劃與執行
  • 制定詳細的專案計劃，包括專案範圍、專案時程、資源需求與交付項目
  • 帶領整體專案執行，確保專案時程與預算限制
  • 與跨職能團隊合作，明確專案目標、需求與時程
• Shopify 知識研究
  • 追蹤行業趨勢與 Shopify 最新技術文件，以優化專案解決方案
  • 深刻理解 Shopify 平台的延伸開發能力
  • 為客戶與內部團隊提供技術指導與建議
• 客戶溝通
  • 專案執行期間作為客戶的主要窗口，保持開放透明的有效溝通
  • 定期進行專案進度的狀態會議與更新，讓客戶了解專案進度
  • 積極解決客戶的關切和期望，確保滿意度

As a Technical Project Manager in Ako you will collaborate with our account managers, developers to deliver project solutions that directly solve the problems for e-commerce clients. You'll be responsible for:

• Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Lead the end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and milestones.
• Shopify Knowledge Research
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and Shopify updates to optimize project solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Shopify platform capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Client Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project execution, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and project updates to keep clients informed of progress.
  • Proactively address client concerns and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and other project team members to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.

1. 2+ years in software project management or software development.
2. Understanding of software design and system integration knowledge such as HTML, JavaScript, APIs.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
4. Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
