Job Description
- Calling clients based on data that has been provided by the company via telephone.
- Offer products to clients and explain about the product.
- Communication with the client to be able to use the product.
- Solve and explain problems when the client uses the product.
- Have a strong commitment to achieve the targets set by the company
- Responsible for contact the customer, negotiate, provide product explanation to customers by telephone.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' working experience in Telemarketing.
- Prefer specialized in loan product telemarketing experience from Fintech / Banking.
- Minimum diploma / bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
- Able to work with deadlines and high pressure, positive, and responsible attitude required.
