Job Description
- Build a full-system operation center for auto finance business, design the business operation process, and be responsible for operational results
- Responsible for user experience and partner service results based on market conditions
- Ensure overall business will be competitive in the market and obtain good market feedback
- Responsible for business results
- Work closely with business, product, risk control and other teams to promote continuous optimization of operational solutions
- Pay attention to business operation data in real time
- Make business operation reports regularly
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage budgets, costs, and profitability, and formulate corresponding optimization plans based on report conclusions
- Design incentive systems, promotion plans, and marketing strategies and organize the implementation to achieve positive growth in project performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Min. 7 years of work experience in operations (operating business) function from top multifinance companies (car or motorcycle), with current role as Operation Manager
- Excellent English proficiency (can be used as working language), Mandarin skill will be plus
- Have thorough understanding of cars and motorcycles sales, marketing, risk, and business logic (business operations) in Indonesia
- High work enthusiasm, can work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced and business travel environment
- Max. age is 35
