• Operate back-end processes of our tech platform, such as activating services for customers, process card requests from customers, invoicing of customers, etc.
• Be responsible for a part of the business ops KPIs / metrics
• Resolve problems with customer accounts
• Interact with customers via phone or email
• Liaise with different departments to solve issues
• Refine operations processes and internal reporting tools
• Work with the Operations team on daily activities and special projects

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic records
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written - English is main language used in the company and with clients
• Min. 6 months internship or working experience
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment - you are reliable and customers can count on you to do the job well
• Can focus on a task and remain attentive to detail
