Aspire is an all-in-one finance Operating System for growing businesses. As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving new users and revenue via growth and inbound marketing channels. You’ll need to leverage your understanding of the Indonesian market and scale user volume as well as revenue.
Jobs to be done
- Develop a deep understanding of the Indonesian fintech landscape, from a B2B SaaS perspective. Bring that knowledge to the fore to plan marketing campaigns
- Own the growth marketing vertical for Aspire end to end - across email, performance marketing and inbound marketing
- Extensively A/B test targeting, segmentation, copy, creatives and channels. Scale what is working.
- Understand the entire marketing and sales process, from acquisition to close, so that you can improve pipeline growth and velocity across the entire funnel in partnership with the sales and revenue operations team.
- Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts for our demand generation tactics, tiered accounts, and paid investments. Measure, optimize, and focus the growth and demand generation activities on a weekly basis.
- Drive new levels of cross-channel and integrated marketing and ensure our marketing activities are aligned and planned well in advance. Select and partner with agencies or other external resources as necessary to drive results across multiple channels.
- Work closely with the design team to create high quality creatives, landing pages that are on brand and convert users.
- Work closely with the sales team - conduct sales strategy workshops to understand the sales process, and find gaps where marketing can support
- Create reports and dashboards to track campaigns. Maintain a knowledge base of learnings from past campaigns.
