• Memastikan updating data pada Sistem Perdagangan unit servis
• Melakukan konfirmasi ke customer max 3 x 24 jam
• Membuat laporan harian terkait masalah servisan kepada manager divisi (complaint)

• Melakukan serah terima barang servisan yang sudah selesai dikerjakan kepada customer.
