• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Redesign workflow, processes of products and delivery process such as creation of visual designs, release planning and product review
• Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
• Gather and translate high-level requirements and use cases into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with the product management and research team to balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities also seek a deep appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests
• Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or any related field
• At least 6 years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Up-to-date knowledge of design and prototype software like Figma
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education
