We are seeking a highly skilled Java Engineer with expertise in cloud service development, low-latency and multi-threaded system design. As a Java Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions for our cloud-based services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement efficient algorithms, and optimize system performance. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Java-based cloud services.

Optimize code for low-latency and high-throughput performance.

Implement efficient multi-threaded algorithms to ensure concurrent processing.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices and design patterns.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.

Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to cloud service development. Requirements

••Minimum 7 years' experience in programming in Java (Spring Boot)

•• Degree in CS or equivalent field 

•• Solid experience in Java development, including strong knowledge of core Java concepts and libraries. 

•• Proficiency in designing and optimizing low-latency systems for high-performance requirements. 

•• Strong understanding of multi-threading and concurrent programming concepts. 

•• Equity Derivatives or Pure Equites experience is a huge plus, ideally in a financial environment 

•• Familiarity with SQL: SQL Server, PostgreSQL 

•• Entrepreneurial mindset 

•• Docker, nice to have 

•• AWS, nice to have
