Job Description
60% 產品相關工作項目
- 與產品團隊成員討論中長期產品目標與策略，並提出產品功能改善企劃。
- 參與企劃內容的提案，釐清需求並撰寫規格書、繪製使用流程。根據專案目標設定有 效的驗證指標，並觀察結果後決定下一步。
- 和工程師、數據科學家等不同部門密切溝通與合作，主動發現問題並提出解決方案， 達成事業目標。
- 了解市場與使用者需求，通過市場調研、用戶研究和競爭分析等方法來蒐集資訊，作為轉化為功能的素材。
- 協助專案推進與跨部門的協調，以在時間內達成專案為目標。
40% 設計管理相關工作項目
- 協調與管理 UI 設計師的工作資源，協助設計提案準備。
- 管理設計師的交付品質與時程，確保設計檔案的妥善保存與管理。
Requirements
【必要條件】
- 3年以上數位服務設計、產品功能設計開發經驗
- 跨團隊與多方關係人協作經驗
- 專案管理實務經驗
- 產品管理、數據工作實務經驗
【MindSet】
- 擅⻑溝通，具備良好溝通與問題解決能力
- 積極主動和公司各關係人溝通討論
- 成⻑學習意願高，持續學習新技術或知識，將合適的工具或框架導入團隊
- 快速回應急遽變化的環境，能夠配合事業組織產品發展目標的改變調整目
【加分條件】
- 曾經參與B2C新創服務設計、產品上線初期的實務經驗
- 視覺行銷設計、設計維運等實務經驗
- 領導團隊管理經驗
- 跨國團隊協作經驗
- 帶領協助Junior成⻑學習的經驗
- 語言能力:簡單英文溝通
- 對海外服務產品有興趣
