• Maintenance of Network Devices: Fortiage Firewall, Switch, Router, Wifi AP, NAS, SAN storage and facilities in the Computer Room.
  
• Support WAN network installation and management
  
• Security protection management: IPS, Firewall policy management, Anti-virus and malware.
  
• Remote Support branch office MIS for IT technical problem.
  
• AWS Network operation support.

System

• 支援 Azure AD + Exchange Online 使用者的安裝管理與維護
  
• 管理 AD Server, VMware VCenter, Windows Servers
  
• Participate in IT Departmental projects
  

• Bachelor in Information Technology, computer science, related.
  
• Minimum 6 years’working experience in Network and System administration.
  
• Experiences in AD, Azure AD, Windows Server, VMWare VCenter management.
  
• Strong knowledge with FortiGate firewall, IPS, switch/router, printers, NAS, SAN storage devices.
  
• Ability troubleshooting WAN/LAN network issues, IP routing, MPLS/IPsec, Site2Site VPN.
  
• Experience on Active Directory, GPO and WSUS user/security management.
  
• Basic oral and written communication skills in English.
