🥳工作內容：
- 開發公司網站以及產品網頁端介面
- 與其他工程師一同改進內部開發工具，使工作能用更快、更安全地進行
- 與產品經理以及商業銷售團隊合作，分析客戶的問題，設計更強大的產品功能
- 領導專案的進行以實現上述產品性能
- 不斷學習新技術和解決問題的方法
- 與面向客戶的團隊合作，排除故障，修復bugs
- 編寫單元和整合測試，確保開發出高質量的軟體
- 識別技術瓶頸並實施優化，為客戶提供順暢體驗
Requirements
😀 人格特質
- 高自我管理：你不僅要做好被分配的工作，還要瞭解其原因，對產品其他部分和客戶的影響，以及這樣做是否有意義。我們期望你對工作負責，並解決任何可能製造的漏洞。
- 熱衷於溝通：儘管這個職位應聘為前端工程師，但希望你能對整個專案有一定瞭解，與團隊中的工程師有效溝通，並在需要的時候對後端或基礎設施做出改變或建議，能夠提出和接受有建設性的回饋
🦉 必要條件
- 2~3年以上網頁端軟體開發的專業經驗
- 對Javascript及其相關的生態系統的使用有豐富的知識和經驗有編寫和維護大型專案CSS的經驗
- 熱衷於使用ES7+、React、Redux、CSS modules、Flow、Webpack等現代工具開發網頁端應用軟體
🍰 加分項目
- 有 TypeScript 經驗者
- 熟悉 CSS-in-JS 解決方案 e.g. styled-components
- 擅長英文口語以及文字溝通，目前前端團隊有來自越南的同事
- 有過 Jira / Slack 來進行 Scrum 開發經驗
