目前正在擴大我們的技術團隊。我們致力於開發先進的演算法和數據管道，支持行銷和內部分析平台上的業務決策。
職位內容：
- 開發內部多語言自然語言處理（NLP）模型（中文，英文，日文）。
- 調整和優化算法以處理大規模數據（> 100 GB 大小）。
- 進行ablation studies and experiments
- 閱讀最新的論文並實現最先進的模型。
此工作幾乎可以全遠端，只要一個月進辦公室1-2次即可
Requirements
需求條件：
- 工程或統計/數學（統計，數學，計算機科學，電子）碩士學位以上。
- 良好的溝通和寫作技能。
- 機器學習框架（scikit-learn，transformers，onnx，PyTorch）經驗。
- 願意學習新的語言（golang，C）和框架。
- 熟悉使用 Git。
- 對 Transformers 及相關研究（sparsity、LLM）有全面了解。
加分條件：
- 在知名國際會議上發表論文（KDD，ACL，WWW，CVPR，ECCV，ICLR，AAAI，NeurIPS）的經歷。
- 曾參與開源項目的經驗。
- GPU 加速技巧的經驗（mix precision, distributed training）。
- 曾參與 Transformer、CLIP 或self supervised learning 相關研究或項目的經驗。
- 渴望在快節奏的初創環境中工作。
- 具備工程或統計/數學（統計，數學，計算機科學，電氣電子）博士學位。
