- Defines, monitors, and optimizes marketing resources and expenditures.
- Collaborates with the commercial director to plan marketing activities, prioritize campaigns, and allocate budgets effectively, taking into account sports, brands, channels, and customer trends.
- Assists in enhancing the brand image.
- Ensures consistent application of branding guidelines across platforms and touchpoints.
- Ensures marketing messages are aligned with the unique characteristics of local clients.
- Identifies needs and collaborates with HQ/regional hubs to develop customer insights using shared resources.
- Defines market-specific customer segmentation in coordination with the country marketing cluster.
- Contributes to the formulation of the commercial policy with the commercial director and obtains validation from the country leader.
- Shares insights and best practices with HQ.
- Strategizes and executes communication campaigns tailored to meet the specific needs of local markets.
- Oversees the design and implementation of marketing campaigns and events (both physical and digital) in accordance with HQ guidelines, leveraging best practices, available materials, and expert knowledge.
- Facilitates local events and provides training for local Omni-Channel Sports Sales Leaders.
- Establishes objectives (target KPIs/mROI) for each campaign and event.
- Monitors and evaluates local marketing effectiveness against target mROI KPIs.
- Monitors local pricing and promotions performance.
- Manages relationships with local agencies and supports negotiation and procurement of media space.
- Facilitates local marketing expert communities and drives local talent management initiatives.
- Defines local communication guidelines in alignment with HQ's guidelines.
- Ensures implementation and execution of internal and external/PR communications.
- Leads local marketing talent acquisition and development.
