• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or possess equivalent industry experience.

• Showcase a proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building and/or leading teams. This includes expertise in resource planning, task assignment, and adept issue arbitration and resolution.
• Possess a robust technical background in firmware development, demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
