Responsibility
你的工作日常大概如下，但不限於此：
- 和產品團隊緊密合作，參與評審需求，確定測試方案，編寫詳細的測試計劃和測試用例
- 執行功能測試、系統測試和回歸測試，全面的記錄缺陷
- 和開發團隊合作，執行性能和壓力測試
- 維護並改進測試的環境
- 持續回顧並改進區塊鏈領域的測試過程和測試最佳實踐
Requirements
- 對區塊鏈有研究和自己的看法，並看好長期發展前景，願意長期投入，對Defi有經驗/興趣
- 2年以上測試工程師工作經驗
- 熟悉測試基礎工具，如Selenium/WebDriver/Jenkins等
- 有Agile/Scrum過程的測試經驗
- 有壓力測試/性能測試經驗
- 出色的問題分析技能，能和開發工程師分析定位問題
- 中英文溝通能力和文檔能力
Interview process
*完成線上application form, 之後會有2-3關線上面試，分別有HR> 兩次技術面試
