• Develop and execute test programs utilizing the Advantest platform to ensure the quality and reliability of semiconductor products.
• Design load boards and manage the entire PCB manufacturing process through collaboration with external sub-contractors.
• Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of low yield and setup failures, implementing effective solutions to improve yield rates.
• Regularly maintain and update test programs to align with product enhancements and technological advancements.
• Oversee and follow up on vendor activities related to the maintenance of test hardware, including probe cards and load boards, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• at least 5+ years proven experience in developing test programs on the Advantest platform or similar semiconductor testing systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address low yield and setup failures effectively.
• Experience in maintaining and updating test programs to adapt to evolving product requirements.
