Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various products and/or features while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably for web products (either in 2C, 2B, or both).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Good English communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with users and understand their needs deeply.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly and justify them effectively.
• Strong logical thinking capabilities to create intuitive user flows that enhance user experience.
• Open to constructive feedback, with the ability to incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
• Graphic design skills for creating visual assets.
• Experience facilitating user interviews and/or usability testing with users 1-1 or in a group.

Your portfolio should not only demonstrate your technical skills but also your ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and create impactful user experiences. We value designers who can articulate their design rationale and showcase a strong understanding of user needs and business objectives.
