Join the CakeResume team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help us find the best talent for our company! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our People team to bring the best talents to CakeResume. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people find their dream jobs. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. If you are also a team player and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

    • Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner and help people find their dream jobs at CakeResume.
    • Assist the team to manage the ins and outs of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
    • Get hands-on experience with a variety of recruiting tasks, such as managing end-to-end hiring processes, posting job ads, preparing interview materials, and following up on interview results.
    • Attend recruiting events, such as campus recruitment and job fairs, and help us connect with potential candidates.
    • Make a real impact by helping us find the best people for our team.

    Who you are & What you will bring to CakeResume

    • 2+ year of equivalent work experience acting as a Talent Sourcer or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in tech/startup environment.
    • Good communication skills, able to build good relationships with people.
    • Strong organizational skills and execution.
    • Motivated, curious, and willing-to-learn mindset.
    • Competent English and Chinese ability required
    • Familiar with Google Workspace software is a plus.
    • Recruiting internship experience is preferred.

    * Professional / Academic: e.g. Leading the production of XX courses / month, 2nd Place, National University Debating Championship; Increased 50% sales within 2 months after revamping the flow structure as the main contributor; Acquired 20 top-tier clients within a year and reached 20% market penetration in a specific area.

    Interview process

    There are four main stages in our interview process:

    1. Online Logical Test
    2. Video calls with the Talent Acquisition Partner/People Team Lead (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
    3. Take-home exercise & review
    4. Onsite interview (1.5 - 2 hours visiting)
