【工作內容】
1. 負責網站及APP的流程規劃或優化，視需求產出user journey、scenario、sitemap、flowchart和wireframe等文件。並與開發團隊溝通討論，確保產品完整度，並能符合目標期待。
2. 針對專案執行方向與產品架構提出規劃，或對各種使用性問題提出解決方案。
3. 分析使用回饋，改善使用流程與操作
職務需求
【條件】
1. 人機互動、工程心理學、人因工程學、服務科學或相關專業大學以上學歷優先
2. 5年以上的 UX 相關工作經驗。
3. 英語溝通流利，並能撰寫英文文件
4. 善於溝通、積極主動、關注細節、學習能力強
5. 配合敏捷開發流程
6. 熟悉各平台設計規範（website, iOS, Android..etc)
