Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Program manage operations & special projects around growth, new features, products or customer focussed improvements, after launch
- Conduct market and business research
- Analyzing data in relations to projects and assignments
- Make financial models and P&L analysis
- Establish guidelines, policies and content for all areas of the business
- Coordinating with marketing, operations, tech and other departments on collaborations, developments etc.
- Create and conduct training for various areas of the business
- Take on and maintain a great relationship with key external stakeholders to Circles.Life
- Own day-to-day responsibility typical in a PMO function while applying expertise to drive multiple high impact 'build the business' projects
- Able to understand technical requirements
Persyaratan
Bachelor's Degree and 6-8 years of equivalent work experience
Having experience working in the e-commerce & telco field is a major advantage
Comfortable & experienced in a VUCA (Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment
Strong numeric and analytical attitude
Experience working independently and delivering projects in a timely manner
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills
Able to work under very minimum supervision as an individual contributor
Having experience working in the e-commerce & telco field is a major advantage
Comfortable & experienced in a VUCA (Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment
