Design, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs that will enhance the workforce’s effectiveness and skills development
Identify the training needs of the business and the operations in order to cater the training requirements of each particular department’s demands
Prepare all necessary training materials, budget, and programs and ensure that all training programs are updated, accurate, and effective
Conducts and facilitates new hire orientation programs
Conducts and facilitates leadership development programs
Employee learning and development and implementation of new company policies
Ensures that all training goals and targets are met within the given timeframe
Requirements
Graduate of Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or any relevant field
3 to 5 years of HR Training experience in an Integrated Resort (IR) or similar environment
Proven track record in designing and executing successful training and development programs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Good writing and reporting skills
MS Office skills
Highly adaptable and flexible
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Fluent in both Korean and English (Mandarin Chinese ability is an advantage)

Annual Leave: 1st year: 1 day per month and 15 days per year after 1 year. 1 additional day occurs every 2 years (i.e. 16 days after 3 years, 17days after 5 years and so on).
