Job Description

Based on company policy and code of conduct, to achieve financial result and accelerate brand growth through sales achievement, investment optimization, brand building, forecast accuracy and client management.

General responsibilities

• With high competence and capability to manage multi-brands/categories under a fast-moving business pattern. Mainly in OTC and consumer healthcare categories.

• To deliver business results of responsible brands via strategic brand and trade planning, skilled business leadership and excellent daily operations.

• To improve and deliver brand profit target by maximize investment efficiency, improving forecast accuracy and monitor/manage product inventory and return.

• Is accountable for brand PnL, A&CP, forecast planning and accuracy, channel growth strategy and trade plan.

• Conduct existing and new business analysis(market, consumers, competitors information) to sharpen market insight, prioritize strategy focus, and develop new business.

• Engage and influence internal (sales team, finance, RA) and external stakeholders (client / customers) in order to have efficient alignment and implementation, and manager client’s expectation and solidify the partnership.

Requirements

• 10+ years Marketing dedicated experience.

• - Mixed brand + trade experience is a plus.

• Brand Category: OTC, Personal Care, Nutrition, Medical Device, FMCG.

• Trade experience: pharmacy (Chain and independent DS), personal care stores. GPHP – nice to have.

• Key responsible brand : New Brand, Lifescan
