- 作為公司與客戶之溝通協調窗口，維繫良好的溝通管道，傾聽客戶需求協助解決問題。
- 引導客戶正確使用系統，提供客戶技術與流程上的建議以及解決問題的可行方案。
- 協調專案人力，與團隊同仁合作，討論規格需求、追蹤並匯報專案進度，確保各專案符合時程規劃。
- 專案開發的研究與評估，擬定專案範疇、規劃時程、協調驗收。
- 熟悉公司產品功能與流程，主動發掘問題，提出什麼改善建議與執行方案。
Requisitos
- 熟悉軟體專案的開發流程。
- 具備責任心和使命感，熱愛團隊管理工作。
- 有領導力和執行力，能有效組織團隊達成專案目標。
- 擁有良好的溝通協調能力，善於歸納與掌握客戶需求。
- 對工作積極、主動、熱情，有強烈的責任心和創業精神，能夠承受高強度的工作壓力。
