Job Overview

As the HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client’s HR function. Being part of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, foster organizational excellence, and position our clients as an employer of choice in the competitive tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Leadership

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent management, development, and retention.
  • Leadership Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Executive Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment of senior and executive-level talent, ensuring a strategic and inclusive approach to building leadership teams.
  • Succession Planning: Implement and manage succession planning initiatives to identify and develop key talents for future leadership roles.

Organizational Culture and Development

  • Culture Building: Drive initiatives to shape and reinforce a positive organizational culture, emphasizing values, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.

HR Compliance and Risk Management

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks for the organization.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential HR-related risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them.

Performance Management and Development

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to HR initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Leadership Development Programs: Implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of skilled leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the tech industry, particularly within high-growth startups.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in Taiwan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • A visionary leader with a track record of successfully driving HR initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
