Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist focused on recruiting, training, retaining, and managing talent. This position will play a crucial role in assisting international companies in building engineering teams within the Taiwanese labor market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the attraction of suitable and high-quality engineering professionals.

• Adaptive Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to elevate the team's skillset, ensuring the presence of professionals aligned with business requirements.

• Talent Utilization and Retention: Assist in crafting position structures and competitive compensation packages to retain outstanding talent.

• Employee Relations Management: Resolve day-to-day HR issues, foster harmonious employee relations, and motivate active employee participation.

• University Relationship Building and Maintenance: Establish partnerships with universities and other educational institutions to expand talent sources.

Bilingual Working Environment: Collaborating with international clients and teams necessitates daily communication in both English and Mandarin.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Over 3 years of HR-related work experience, familiar with Taiwan's recruitment market.

• Familiarity with recruitment technology tools, HR software, etc.

• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit.

• Passion for the Taiwanese engineering market, understanding and meeting local recruitment needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
