This will be an on-site role.

Scope:

1. Office management
a. Project planning and execution of a new office in Taiwan (Taipei).
b. Manage TW Team assets(monitors, company owned-laptops, snacks, holiday decoration, office stationeries or supplies, etc), office amenities including but not limited to meeting rooms, coffee machine etc.
c. Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
-Maintenance
-Mailing
-Supplies
-Equipment
-Bills
-Errands
-Procurement

2. Country manager’s strategy execution
a. Gov Relation management
-Local labor regulation
-Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Equipments Based on Use and Occupancy
b. Manage office G&A budget and audit, ensure accurate and timely reporting

3. Employee onboarding/offboarding handover

4. Townhall / internal events / external events coordination, including venue, logistics, coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental.

Requisitos

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
