招募專員 Talent Acquisition Specialist (remote; TW)

What will your responsibilities?

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plan, necessary skills/ competencies and job requirements
• Actively research new recruitment methodologies to craft creative sourcing strategies via different platforms
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through targeted outreach to fill open or forecasted roles
• Screen and conduct behavioral based interviews to assess potential candidate motivation, job and culture fit
• Manage end to end recruitment cycle from initial candidate assessment to offering process to deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Track recruitment activities, create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
• Support and execute employer branding initiatives

What we looking for?

• 1-2 years of proven experience with creatively sourcing talent in tech or startup companies
• Hands on experience with managing full recruitment cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient English to converse with diverse candidates
• Data-driven individual with the ability to grasp new technical concepts in support of sourcing initiatives and manage recruitment data, metrics
