T3711 AI Manager

1. Lead to plan and develop AI product/solution to supports company focused AIoT/AI services. Take charge in system architecture design and new AI technologies research

2. Develop applications within the team or jointly with other teams

3. Manage 3rd-party solutions and build technical partnership

4. Build up team and adopt right practice/process

5. Be a reliable technical partner to BUs

• Thought leadership in new technology. Keep updated of market trend and plan the adoption of technology/tool/practice in biz-tech balanced mode

• Good Communication skills, orally and written. Good Interpersonal skills and good team player

• Drive innovation and take initiatives. Passion about software development or data analytics and seek to resolve problems independently

• Team leader. Able to lead, motivate and retain development team

• Sufficient business sensitivity. Able to understand market and customer/sales needs and bring right solution with right approach

• Project management and resource optimization. Well manage of resource, schedule, and output

• Expertise in working with at least one deep learning and machine learning framework, for example, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit Learn etc.

• Proficient in Python

• Basic knowledge of Python oop programming, Unittest and data processing

• Familiar with Git, Docker, Fastapi/Flask

• >=5 years in software development and architecture design

• >1 year in Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligent; Machine learning courses or Hackathon/Competition experiences (e.g., Kaggle, KDD Cup etc.
