Project Manager

Job Description

  • Coordinate the implementation of brand strategies, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met with precision
  • Upload and manage social media content, verifying that visuals and captions are aligned and coordinate with the team to incorporate necessary feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor and track the progress of campaigns, keeping all stakeholders informed of statuses and any necessary adjustments
  • Compile and organize data for performance reports, providing insights into content engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Assist in the development of project timelines, content calendars, and strategy documents to support the brand's objectives
  • Organize weekly or bi-weekly meetings to discuss project progress. Gather updates from internal teams and report back to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide support during production, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed as planned.
  • Manage client invoicing, handle contract renewals, and oversee other financial aspects related to the project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding vendor selection and technical issues, ensuring any problems are resolved promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Open for full-time role to work in Gading Serpong area
  • Proven experience in project management, account executive roles, or related fields
  • Reliable and good team member who enjoys a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Competent in data collection and analysis for reporting purposes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A candidate with prior agency experience is a plus

Interview process

  5. Final Interview: The last step will be an interview with our director, which could take place either online or in person, depending on mutual convenience, providing a comprehensive perspective of your potential role within our team.
  6. Decision and Follow-Up: After the final interview, we will promptly inform you of our decision. If you are selected to join our team, we will send you an official offer letter. If not, we will provide a respectful rejection letter to acknowledge your efforts.
