Description du Travail

- Provide support to the People Operations team on day-to-day HR business partner needs.

- Schedule and organize candidate interviews, corporate travel and meetings, and various departmental activities.

- Provide recruiting support including job postings on LinkedIn, and university job boards.

- Maintain relationships with university placement offices and organize participation in job fairs.

- Onboard and offboard company employees.

- Handle confidential and non-routine information when necessary.

- Headcount reporting and data analysis.

- Coordinate corporate social responsibility activities.

Profil demandé

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Knowledge of Human Resources related state and federal laws.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese/English.
- Ability to work independently but also a collaborative team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, economics degree a plus.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in Human Resources.
