【What you will do】

1. Channel Development and Strategy

- Develop and manage offline channel partners including distributors and retail partners for CuboAi products in global markets (NA, EU, AU, JP, Southeast Asia, etc.).

- Contribute to the identification of suitable channels and targets for CuboAi.

- Contribute to achieving key targets (volume, prices, product SKU) for the offline channel in specific markets.

- Create detailed business plans and implement them with regular follow-ups.

- Collaborate with various departments, especially Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams, to align offline sales strategies.

2. Negotiations

- Achieve negotiated sales agreements, including purchase quantity, price, product, payment terms, and collaboration agreements.

- Create offers and proposals for channel partners aligned with broader sales strategies.

3. Marketing

- Collaborate with the Marketing team and execute activities requiring offline channel partner participation.

- Implement planned communication, promotion, and training activities in the offline channel.

- Possess in-depth product knowledge about the company's products and services.

- Plan the company's product offerings and strategies for participation in international industry exhibitions, ensuring the attractiveness and competitiveness of the exhibited products.

- Provide Key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

4. Partnership Management

- Identify and evaluate channel partners in collaboration with the Marketing team.

- Regularly report progress against channel strategy, plans, and sales performance.

- Conduct analyses on offline channel activity and take ownership of solving identified problems.

- Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and increase sales.

5. Channel Management Support

- Support in product training for channel partners.

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing major retail partners.

- Address and resolve channel partner concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements

【Requirements】

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong skills in direct negotiation and management of pricing, contracts, and terms with partners, ensuring precision.

• 5+ years of B2B and offline channel business development experience.

• Experience in Lead Development, Selling, and participation in Global Trade Shows is a plus.

• Good presentation and demonstration skills in product introduction.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, and a good team player.

• Must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and supportive.
