Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital analytics and insights.
• Consolidate, investigate and analyze digital usage analytics to identify trends and create data-driven insights about visitor behavior (e.g. traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and pathing)
• Work closely with multiple teams to help identify data capture opportunities, bridge data gaps, source issues and data inaccuracies.
• Define data requirement for projects, identify missing metrics to build KPIs, and work with marketing to implement tagging requirements to ensure tracking and reporting of digital data.
• Function as a subject matter expert on utilization of analytics platform and analyzing metrics across applicable apps and websites for user insights.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and requirements related to web and mobile analytics.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments with tracking tags and web/mobile analytics.
• Deliver actionable data-driven insights to business stakeholders through ongoing reporting, story-telling presentations.

Requirements:

• BS Degree in digital marketing, computer science or degree in any quantitative field, statistics, data science, or mathematics.
• Relevant experience in the same field will be an added advantage.
• Experience in data analytics using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or PIWIK (Matomo)
• Good understanding of web analytic basics: tags, cookies, variables, data layer.
• Experience with cross-channel and cross-domain data analytics.
• Experience with dashboard development using BI Tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
