This role requires you to relocate and based permanently in Manila. We provide the following relocation assistance:

Working Schedule: 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday

Office Location: Makati City, Manila, Philippines

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating with stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and goals so that research meets those needs and is aligned with objectives.
• Managing staff members who are responsible for collecting data for research projects.
• Selecting, configuring, and implementing analytics tools and solutions
• Evaluating the quality of research by ensuring that the study design is appropriate for the objectives of the research project.
• Creating reports based on findings from research projects, including recommendations for future action based on data analysis.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics, or another closely related field.
• Background in market research and project management
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft OfficeStrong skills in research methods, data analysis, communication, leadership, and problem-solving
• Must have a flexible and adaptable attitude, as the working hours may vary depending on the business needs and the time zone differences with the clients.
