Product Assistant Manager 產品管理副理
職缺描述
職位職責：
- 負責行業調研，對競品在產品層面進行分析和對比，為負責的產品更新和功能調整制定方案。
- 配合相關團隊進行需求分析，對產品相關資料進行統計分析，提出改進建議，持續完善產品。
- 負責協調相關團隊，排序優先順序，推進產品開發，控制產品完成。
- 與 Business Analyst 合作以確保需求範疇清楚並可行。
- 妥善運用溝通和參與相關活動（例如專案開始、定期狀態更新、UAT測試等等）。
- 管理客戶對專案的期望，保持客戶滿意度。
- 瞭解產業趨勢，持續跟蹤產品用戶回饋與業務端需求，迭代改進和提升產品體驗。

相關條件：
- 具有基礎英文能力。
- 具獨立運作專案能力。
- 善於溝通協調且邏輯性強。
- 高度的興趣與熱誠，個性開朗積極。
- 有3年以上互聯網產品經驗，熟悉產品的實現過程。
- 有產品設計能力，使用 Adobe XD或其他設計工具。
- 具備一定的行業知識，瞭解互聯網產品的業務流程和產品特性。
- 具開發或系統維護、互聯網工作經驗者尤佳。
